I started working out with Dan at Granite State Kettlebells one year ago, in August 2010. Almost immediately I noticed changes – my arm muscles were suddenly visible and my legs were sore, soooo sore! I am amazed at what I can do now – anything from improved balance, weight loss/smaller clothes, lift really heavy things, or jump THIS HIGH! I love it, even when I hate it. I miss it when I can’t go. I want everyone I know to try it. I can’t wait to do the Paleo Challenge again. Dan is a great trainer and the other members are very supportive and really fun! Thank God I found this place! Great workout for the 6 AM crew!  Washer was back, as well as Joe and Cheryl.  Today Lisa was here for the 6 AM as well.  As is normally the case Dana kicked butt today!  The Women’s Class was awesome, Jen, Beth, Carmen, Jamie and Stacy worked hard, and everyone stayed awake! 11:45 crew did awesome, Michelle, Kelly and Katie pushed hard.   The 6:30 PM crew did an awesome job as well!  Welcome back Phaedra!  Jack, Shelly, Mike, and Kathy did a great job!
 
 
Today Dana tested to see how many reps he could do with a 16k kettlebell in the snatch and jerk.  Here's the videos
