              ABOUT US

              At Granite State Kettlebells, our main goal is to deliver extraordinary fitness results.  We believe the physical needs of elite athletes and any normal person differ in intensity not in kind.  All of our workouts are scalable so that anyone can complete them regardless of age, ability level, skill, or gender.

              Our workouts include a mixture of fitness tools (kettlebells, sandbags, med balls, calisthenics etc).  We combine these different training tools and modalities to deliver incredible results to our clients.

              • We're different from most of the fitness world.  We believe in training movements not individual muscles.  
              • We use a program of varied, functional movements at high intensity.
              • We train in a group setting with a coach teaching and refining techniques. 
              • We are a community.  It's easy to push through a tough training day with other people doing the same thing. 
              • We track workout results daily to help our clients see their improvements.
