I understand that eating strictly like this for 30 days straight can feel pretty daunting and you might be wondering how you'll get through. Here's a quote I got from a Dale Carnegie book that might help, "Our main business is not to see what lies dimly at a distance, but what to do what lies clearly at hand". Take each day at a time, you can't do anything about yesterday and tomorrow will have enough issues of its own.
