While I’ve always been to forage throughout the day (used to be junk food) I know I’ve done better with my performance and weight when I consume enough at each meal to carry me from one meal to the next, rather than foraging throughout the day.
So the take home from this is if you’re needing a between meal snack, then be sure to have enough veggies, nuts/seeds, leftovers around to munch enough to get you by to the next meal.
Today, started with some ham and eggs, some grapes. Lunch is some ground beef, some ham and a salad. Dinner is some beef veggie soup that Kate made (which is awesoooome!)
