FREE KETTLEBELL WORKSHOP
We'll be having a Free Kettlebell Workshop on Saturday November 1, from10:30AM to 12:30PM
This workshop will teach you the basic kettlebell lifts. You’ll learn how to properly do the following exercises.
- Kettlebell swings
- Kettlebell clean
- Kettlebell press
- Kettlebell squat
Proper use of these lifts can be used to develop awesome fitness, get stronger muscles and set your body up to be a fat burning machine! You’ll develop real world work capacity and your normal tasks will be easier to accomplish.
