So you'll appreciate this, I unloaded 50 bags of wood pellets today all by myself with no break. This used to be so difficult for me that I would need to rest after only a bag or two. Thank you Granite State Kettlebells and you for your awesome training!
I started working out with Dan at Granite State Kettlebells one year ago, in August 2010. Almost immediately I noticed changes – my arm muscles were suddenly visible and my legs were sore, soooo sore! I am amazed at what I can do now – anything from improved balance, weight loss/smaller clothes, lift really heavy things, or jump THIS HIGH! I love it, even when I hate it. I miss it when I can’t go. I want everyone I know to try it. I can’t wait to do the Paleo Challenge again. Dan is a great trainer and the other members are very supportive and really fun! I have been taking kettle bell class with Dan for 6 months. I have truly enjoyed the benefits of this unique type of training.
